 H.R. 1717 – the Medicare DMEPOS Market Pricing Program Act of 2013 

The Medicare DMEPOS Market Pricing Program Act of 2013 would replace the current Medicare “DMEPOS,” or “Durable Medical Equipment, Prosthetics, Orthotics and Supplies,” competitive bidding system with a sustainable market pricing program (MPP) that is based upon sound economic principles that are embraced universally by auction experts across the U.S. 

H.R. 1874 – the Pro-Growth Budgeting Act of 2013

The Pro-Growth Budgeting Act would require the Congressional Budget Office (CBO) to analyze the longer-term economic impact of legislation that is estimated to have a budgetary impact of more than 0.25 percent of the Gross Domestic Product (GDP). 

H.R. 2009 -- the Keep the IRS Off Your Health Care Act of 2013

The Keep the IRS Off Your Health Care Act of 2013 would prohibit the Internal Revenue Service from implementing or enforcing any provisions of the president’s health care law.
